Meet the Founder Mike Worlton
- Mike has a breadth of experience, working internationally with companies in the following industries: Finance, Biotech, Aerospace, Healthcare, Consulting, Automotive and Airlines.
- In his leadership sessions, he shares key insights and strategies of how to communicate more effectively, including listening tools and conversation frameworks that drive connection and results. He partners with companies who want to expand their employee and customer experience, bringing about greater productivity, profitability, sustainability, and loyalty. His passion and story-telling abilities engage audiences in a way that fosters individual
- introspection and ultimately change.
- Mike has a degree in marketing from Utah Valley University. He is certified with an Advanced Diploma from Adams Academy in Body Language.
- Mike is also an advocate for climate change education and completed the Certificate for Climate Change through edX and Dr. Michael Mann from Penn State University.
